Returns and Refund Policy

We do understand that though you love our products, there may be times where a replacement may become necessary because of damage. We wish to make this process as simple and hassle-free as possible for you.

1. Return and Replacement of Damaged goods – If the goods reach the buyer in a damaged or broken state, then a replacement will be made if the claim is raised within 48 hours from receipt of the product. An e-mail will have to be sent to phoenixinindia@gmail.com along with a photograph and description of the damaged product. The damaged good will have to be shipped back before the replacement is sent.  The shipping costs will be borne by The Phoenix Company up to a maximum amount that would be charged to return the product by Speed Post. The replacement will be of the same product or of a product of similar value. No refund will be made. No cancellations are allowed.

2. We have a no refund, no cancellation policy and a no return policy.

3. The extent of damage calling for replacement will be at the discretion of The Phoenix Company.

4. All disputes will fall within the jurisdiction of the Courts of Chennai, Tamilnadu, India
