1. HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Reach out to us within 2 days of receiving the order. You can email us at phoenixinindia@gmail.com  , with your order details. We will send you our complete address for you to courier the parcel to us. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. The shipping amount for the return will be borne by us only if the product sent is different from the product you ordered or if the product sent to you is damaged. In all other cases the shipping costs for return will be borne by you. We need to receive the returns within 6 days from the date of email communication. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will send you a suitable replacement of the same or similar product. Please note we have a no refund policy.

2. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

Please write to us at phoenixinindia@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Returns are accepted only in case of a damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. For our records, an unboxing video showing the original packaging, defect and courier label must be shared with us via e-mail with your order number as proof to avail a refund for or replacement of the product. No refund or replacement will be processed without the video. You will have to courier the parcel to us once we approve the defects as seen in the pictures shared by you.

Once the product reaches us, we’ll conduct a quality check and replace the product for you with a suitable replacement of the same or similar product. Please note we have a no refund policy.

In case of a replacement, the fresh piece will be shipped depending on stock availability. In case the piece is out of stock, the customer can choose another product for the same value from our store.
